Packing Removal and Installation

Coded/Non-Coded Internal Vessel Welding and Repairs

Expert welding for modifications, additions or repairs directly to column (coded) including overlay, nozzle installation, support rings, or repairs to trays themselves (non-coded).

Bolt Torque and Stud Tensioning

Experts torque one bolt at a time in increments to specifications onsite using hydraulic pump with wrench attached. Ideal for flanges that require each nut tightened to certain pound specifications. Stud tensioning tightens several bolts at once to specifications onsite using 5-6 wrenches at one time.

Blinding and De-blinding

Installation and removal of carbon steel blinds that meet API standards for thickness to isolate columns blind to blind for inspection, modifications, or repairs.

Tray Hardware Supply

Onsite delivery of all necessary tray hardware, including valves, bolts, bubble caps, clips and separation products. Experts are available to weld hardware to trays onsite, then install trays to your specifications.

New Tray Supply

Custom new tray manufacturing and assembly per your specifications. ARC experts work with you to design new trays that meet your specific requirements, then work directly with tray manufacturers as trays are assembled, delivering them to you upon completion and installing them upon request.
